Most people try to win a war inside their head. But the real battle is outside it. Your environment. Your dojo is the space, physical and digital, that shapes what you do by default.

## WHAT A DOJO DOES

A good dojo:

- Removes friction from good habits.
- Adds friction to bad habits.
- Makes the right action the easy action.

Willpower runs out. A good room doesn't.

## LAYER 1: PHYSICAL

Your space votes every day. For you or against you.

Gear ready. Clutter gone. The book on the pillow. The water bottle on the desk. The junk food not in the house.

If you have to search for it, you won't do it.

## LAYER 2: DIGITAL

Your phone is a room too. Maybe the one you spend the most time in.

Turn off the notifications that steal your focus. Keep the ones that serve your standard.

Move the apps that pull you down off your home screen. Put the tools that build you up where your thumb lands first.

## LAYER 3: SOCIAL

You become the average of what's normal around you.

Find people who make your standard feel normal. A training partner. A friend who reads. A group that checks in.

You don't need to drop everyone. You need a few people who pull you up.

## QUICK DOJO UPGRADES (30 MINUTES)

- Put your workout clothes where you'll trip over them.
- Charge your phone outside the bedroom.
- Fill your water bottle the night before.
- Make a "start ritual" playlist.
- Remove one temptation app from your home screen.

Small changes. Big leverage.
