Common questions
- I forgot my password or cannot sign in. The app has no password reset yet. Write to us from the address of your account. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use the same button you used the first time.
- How do I turn reminders on or off? Open Profile, then Reminders. There you choose the times, the time zone and the channels. Push notifications only work in the mobile app.
- I am not getting notifications. Check that you allowed notifications for The Hero Journal in your phone's settings. In Reminders, you can send yourself a test notification.
- How do I control what friends see? Open Profile and go to What friends can see.
- How do I remove a friend? Open your friends list in Profile and choose Remove.
- How do I change the language? Open Profile and choose Language.
- How do I delete my account? See how to delete your account.
