The 6 Realms Framework: Train Every Part of Your Life

Most people train one part of life and let the rest fall apart. Great body but Broken finances. Big career and no peace. The 6 Realms Framework fixes that. Six areas. One standard. A life in balance, not a life on fire in one corner.

WHERE THE REALMS CAME FROM

The realms started on paper.

Six sheets taped to a wall in Detroit, for a 100-day challenge. One for each area of life. Three commitments per sheet. A grid of 100 days.

Every week, a Wheel of Life. Six spokes. Each one rated. The shape told the truth. A flat side showed exactly where the week broke.

The Hero Journal keeps that idea. Your Weekly HUD (Human Dashboard) draws your six realms as a radar. Lopsided shape? You know where to train next.

THE SIX REALMS

Spiritual

Purpose. Values. Inner peace. The realm that answers "why".

•10 minutes of meditation

•Three lines of gratitude before bed

•One act of kindness

Fitness

Strength. Endurance. Performance. The realm that makes your body capable.

•A gym session

•20 minutes of cardio

•10 minutes of mobility

Health

Sleep. Food. Water. Recovery. The base under everything else.

•2 liters of water

•7+ hours of sleep

•One clean meal

Finances

Earn. Save. Invest. Build. The realm that buys you freedom.

•Track every expense

•Save a set % of every paycheck

•One hour on a side project

Intellect

Read. Learn. Build skills. The realm that keeps you sharp.

•One chapter a day

•One lesson of a course

•30 minutes of deep practice

Presence

Character. Relationships. How you show up. The realm people feel when you walk into a room.

•Posture check

•Be impeccable with your words

•One real conversation, no phone

FITNESS VS HEALTH: NOT THE SAME THING

They look alike. They're not.

Fitness is performance. Health is maintenance.

You can lift heavy and sleep four hours. That's strong Fitness and weak Health. Sooner or later, the weak one wins.

Track both.

HOW TO START (DON'T TRAIN ALL SIX AT ONCE)

1. Score each realm from 0 to 100. Gut feeling. Two minutes.

2. Pick the lowest one or two.

3. Choose 1–3 habits for each. Small enough to win.

4. Define your floor for each habit. The minimum you'll do on a bad day.

5. Score daily. Review every week.

When the first realms feel automatic, add the next one.

BALANCE DOESN'T MEAN EQUAL

Balance doesn't mean every realm gets the same hours.

It means no realm hits zero for long.

Some seasons are Finances seasons. Some are Health seasons. The weekly review is where you decide.

Six realms. One life. Train all of it.

Pick your first realm. Score your first day.
